A 123 Home Care team member will meet with you and/or your loved one at your home or in the hospital to develop a Customized Care Plan designed to meet your loved one’s specific needs.

Every night, we send an email/text reminder to each of Qualified Caregivers detailing their upcoming shifts for the following day. Our state-of-the-art software allows our Qualified Caregivers to “clock-in and -out” for shifts by GPS or telephone, which gives us the ability to proactively ensure that they arrive to your loved one’s home on-time, as scheduled to provide quality care as promised.
We promise to have a Qualified Caregiver to your loved one within 3 hours or less of your initial request for care (applicable upon completion of our free assessment).

With 123 Home Care you don’t sign a contract; you sign an agreement. You can cancel our services at any time and for any reason without any penalties. Most agencies require 24-48 hours’ advance notice to cancel without being charged for the entire shift, even if you don’t use their services! We understand life is busy and unpredictable, which means you may need to cancel a shift at the last minute – with 123 Home Care, you won’t pay any cancellation penalties!

You (the client) pay 123 Home Care and we pay our Qualified Caregivers directly. We incur the cost of: i) ensuring all of our Qualified Caregivers are bonded, insured and covered by workers’ compensation insurance and ii) withholding the appropriate federal and state taxes.
Most long-term care insurance policies cover the cost of home care services, such as those provided by 123 Home Care. Medicare does not.
