Graeme “Gray” Freeman is the CEO of 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California. He is certified by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA).

As CEO, Gray is responsible for developing the corporate strategy of 123 Home Care as well as managing operations, sales and marketing. He works closely with the 123 Home Care team to ensure high-quality care, unrivaled customer service, operational efficiency and the execution of strategic initiatives.

Prior to founding 123 Home Care, Gray served as a strategic consultant for Intelligent Ecosystems, a green energy company that sells eco-products in the trucking, transportation, mining and construction industries. Previously, Gray was a civil defense attorney with a prominent law firm in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County area.

Gray received his JD from the Martin Luther King School of Law at the University of California, Davis and his BS in Business Administration magna cum laude from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.

Gray is actively involved with the Alzheimer’s Association and has acted as the Committee Chair for the Alzheimer’s Association California Southland Chapter’s Los Angeles Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

In his free time, Gray’s interests include: running, playing soccer, skiing, world travel and practicing his Spanish abroad.

Matt Omer is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

Matt is responsible for managing the financial affairs and executing the operations strategy for 123 Home Care. His primary focus is on ensuring 123 Home Care continues to deliver the highest quality of care and customer service in the industry. In addition, Matt oversees 123 Home Care’s compliance, quality assurance and human resource activities.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Matt was a Senior Director of Corporate Finance for VIANT, a Time Inc. company focused on Digital Advertising. Matt has significant experience with corporate strategy, business operations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Matt received his BS in Management from the Eller School of Business at The University of Arizona. Matt holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation®.

In his free time, Matt’s interests include: golf, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and travel.

Jordan Hellman is the Director of Operations & Business Development of 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

Jordan works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. In addition, Jordan focuses on the enrichment of current relationships with clients, referral sources and industry partners. In his capacity as Director of Operations & Business Development he also ensures operational efficiency, high quality care, unrivaled customer service and the execution of strategic initiatives.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Jordan was a civil defense attorney for a prominent national law firm. In that capacity, Jordan represented businesses and individuals with regard to numerous general liability areas (e.g., labor/employment, hospitality, transportation, negligent hiring, and premises liability). In addition, he acted as an advisor to clients regarding risk management, company policy and business compliance among other legal issues.

Jordan obtained his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY and received Bachelor’s Degrees with honors in both Psychology and Crime, Law and Justice from Penn State University.

In his free time, Jordan’s interests include: ice hockey, hiking, photography and skiing.

Kurt Davis is a Director of Business Development of 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

Kurt is responsible for executing the sales and marketing strategy for 123 Home Care. As part of the 123 Home Care team, Kurt’s primary focus is fostering relationships with hospitals, facilities, communities, and families to ensure that present and future clients get the best care possible. In addition, he works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure families and referral sources stay informed about the care their loved-ones and clients are receiving.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Kurt worked at an industry leading marketing agency where he focused on identifying and developing projects across a diverse range of industries. Eventually, Kurt realized that he wanted to help people, something he proudly does every day at 123 Home Care.

Kurt received his BS in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.

In his free time Kurt enjoys exercising, spending time with family and friends, and nature.

Ryan Baxter is the Director of Operations of 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California. He is certified by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA).

Ryan is responsible for executing the operations strategy for 123 Home Care. His primary focus is on ensuring 123 Home Care continues to deliver the highest quality of care and customer service in the industry by acting as a liaison between Qualified Caregivers and clients. In addition, he oversees 123 Home Care’s compliance, quality assurance and human resource activities.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Ryan worked at Odyssey Investment Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in businesses in growing industries. Ryan has significant experience with corporate strategy, operations and investing in businesses.

Ryan received his BS in Economics cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

In his free time, Ryan’s interests include: reading, running, basketball and world travel.

Senior Associate Director of Care Management

Mark Schellinger is a Director of Business Development of 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California. He is certified by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA).

Mark is responsible for executing the sales and marketing strategy for 123 Home Care. His primary focus is on building mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships with 123 Home Care’s clients, referral sources and communities. In addition, he works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure referral sources stay informed about the care their clients are receiving.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Mark was with The Gores Group, an operationally focused private equity firm dedicated to acquiring underperforming businesses and making them better. Mark has significant experience with corporate strategy, operations and investing in businesses.

Mark received his Masters in Professional Accounting and his BBA in Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.

In his free time, Mark’s interests include: basketball, snowboarding, wakeboarding, world travel and struggling on the golf course.

Hal Kirklin is the Director of Regional Center and Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services for 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services and Regional Center services with 29 locations serving California.

In his role, Hal works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. In addition, Hal focuses on the enrichment of current relationships with clients, referral sources and industry partners. Specifically, as Director of Regional Center and Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services, Hal is responsible for expanding and enriching relationships and business and service lines with Regional Centers across the state of California, including, but not limited to: Respite Care, Personal Assistance Services, Independent Living Services, and Supported Living Services.

Hal has over 20 years of diverse experience within the field of developmental disabilities. This includes 4 years of experience as Administrator for locked and unlocked residential facilities serving individuals with co-occurring developmental disabilities, mental health issues, and behavioral challenges. Additionally, Hal has over 15 years of Regional Center experience (5 as a Service Coordinator and 10 as a Services and Supports Supervisor), through which he has supervised and worked with all age groups. Through this experience, Hal has become intimately familiar with the full gamut of services and supports that the Regional Center coordinates and provides for, as well as deeply understanding the applicable statutes and regulations governing the Regional Center system.

Hal has also worked as a Supervising Advocate to conduct and oversee Ombudsmen functions at a State Hospital for patients with various criminal commitments, as well as acting in the role of Psychology Intern with jail inmates, as part of his Doctoral program. His diverse and extensive experience in the fields of mental health and developmental disabilities make Hal an ideal candidate to develop and oversee numerous services to individuals with developmental disabilities receiving services from Regional Centers.

Hal received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara; his M.S. in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach; and has completed all coursework and final (comprehensive examination) in a Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology, at Pacifica Graduate Institute.

In his free time, Hal’s interests include: meditation, yoga, golfing, traveling, watching independent films, involvement in his church, motorcycling, and surfing.

April Godales is a Senior Associate Director of Care Management at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role, April is responsible for delivering the highest quality care and customer service by acting as a liaison between 123 Home Care’s clients and Qualified Caregivers. She is the primary point of contact for 123 Home Care’s clients and their families at every step of the process as they coordinate for home care. As such, her specific responsibilities include: helping families identify specific care needs, performing in-home assessments, developing Customized Care Plans, matching Qualified Caregivers/Clients, planning care schedules and communicating with clients and their families to answer any questions throughout the process.

April has worked in the healthcare field for the past 5 years. Her prior experience includes: patient advocacy, program planning and management.

April received her BS in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge and her MS in Gerontology from the University of Southern California.

In her free time, April’s interests include: lifting weights, trips to Las Vegas, church activities and reading.

Lilith Babayan is a Director of Human Resources at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

Lilith works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives. In her capacity as Director of Human Resources, she is also responsible for the hiring process of 123 Home Care, which includes ensuring 123 Home Care recruits and hires the highest quality Caregivers, maintaining up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with all State Licensure requirements for Home Care Aides (HCAs), and handling other administrative duties. Additionally, Lilith also manages the company’s billing and payroll activities in tandem with senior management. Lilith has over 4 years of experience working in Human Resources.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Lilith was the Program Assistant for the Junior and Transfer year student Experiential Learning Program (JTEP) for Cal State University, Northridge. In that capacity, Lilith helped students find internships and other experiential learning opportunities throughout the country. Additionally, Lily worked for the Los Angeles Clippers where she assisted the organization in meeting operational requirements during home games, namely ensuring the team’s players were executing on pre and post-game demands.

Lilith received her BA in Psychology and a Minor in Human Resources Management from California State University, Northridge where she graduated cum laude.

Lilith is fluent in both English and Armenian.

In her free time, Lilith’s interests include: watching documentaries, listening to jazz, exploring great cities and taking mediocre photographs.

Tim Trueba is the Director of Billing and Payroll at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In his role as Director of Billing and Payroll, Tim is responsible for managing the billing and payroll department and works alongside the billing and payroll team to foster their growth and development. He reviews interdepartmental processes related to billing and payroll to ensure a smooth workflow with the Care Management team, and focuses on how to evolve the day-to-day tasks to accommodate the rapid growth of 123 Home Care. Prior to 123 Home Care, Tim spent 7 years with SolarCity which later merged with Tesla Motors.

Tim managed several business operations teams before relocating from San Francisco to Las Vegas to expand the business.

In 2014, Tim transitioned from business operations to Human Resources where he began managing the payroll department. In 2017, the payroll team relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah, which is what led Tim back to California and ultimately 123 Home Care. Tim spent two years at the College of San Mateo focusing on business administration before pursuing the workforce head on. He is an active member of the American Payroll Association and is always seeking opportunities for continued education.

In his free time, Tim enjoys cooking, hiking, listening to podcasts, and playing Frisbee with his dog.

Aaron Smith is an Associate Director of Care Manager at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In his role, Aaron is responsible for delivering the highest quality care and customer service by acting as a liaison between 123 Home Care’s clients and Qualified Caregivers. He is the primary point of contact for 123 Home Care’s clients and their families at every step of the process as they coordinate for home care. As such, her specific responsibilities include: helping families identify specific care needs, performing in-home assessments, developing Customized Care Plans, matching Qualified Caregivers/Clients, planning care schedules and communicating with clients and their families to answer any questions throughout the process.

Aaron has 7 years of customer service experience having worked for companies such as California Pizza Kitchen and Red Robin Burgers. Aaron played a large role in helping the current Mayor of Long Beach, Robert Garcia, take office through rigorous campaign efforts. Certain of Aaron’s family members are caregivers and Aaron grew up with a deep appreciation of the work that caregivers do and the important role that they play in their clients’ lives.

Aaron received his Bachelor’s in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach.

In his free time, Aaron’s interests include: golfing, traveling with his girlfriend, and dominating his Fantasy Hockey League.

Doris Kim is a Human Resources Assistant Manager at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role, Doris works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives. In her capacity as a Human Resources Assistant Manager, she is also responsible for the hiring process of 123 Home Care, which includes ensuring 123 Home Care recruits and hires the highest quality Caregivers, maintaining up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with all State Licensure requirements for Home Care Aides (HCAs), and handling other administrative duties.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Doris worked in Restaurant Management working closely with staff members to bring top quality service to all patrons while ensuring a satisfying work environment for all employees. Prior to Restaurant Management, Doris also gained experience working in Human Resources for a non-profit organization as a trainer and recruiter.

Doris received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach where she graduated summa cum laude.

Doris is fluent in both English and Korean.

In her free time, Doris’ interests include: attending live musical performances, traveling, hiking while experiencing the beauty of nature and enjoying a cup of coffee with good company.

Ian Durner is a member of the Business Development team for 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In his role, Ian works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. In addition, Ian focuses on the enrichment of current relationships with clients, referral sources and industry partners. Prior to joining the Business Development team of 123 Home Care, Ian was a Care Manager with 123 Home Care where he was responsible for helping families identify specific care needs, performing in-home assessments, developing Customized Care Plans, matching Qualified Caregivers/Clients, planning care schedules and communicating with clients and their families to answer any questions throughout the process.

Prior to joining 123 Home Care, Ian was a Stock Manager at Club Monaco and Diesel USA. In that capacity, he managed a team of stock associates ensuring organizational objectives were met. Additionally, Ian worked as a producer for Red Ahead Productions where he managed a team of 25 production employees. Ian also worked for Biggby Coffee, a privately owned coffee business based in East Lansing, Michigan with 140 locations.

Ian received his degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge where he graduated cum laude and was the recipient of the California State University Northridge Kent Joel Snyder scholarship.

In his free time, Ian’s interests include: Michigan State University basketball and football, Chicago Cubs baseball, reading, and playing with his cat Oliver.

In her role, Megan works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. In addition, Megan focuses on the enrichment of current relationships with clients, referral sources and industry partners. Prior to joining the Business Development team of 123 Home Care, Megan was a Care Manager with 123 Home Care where she was responsible for helping families identify specific care needs, performing in-home assessments, developing Customized Care Plans, matching Qualified Caregivers/Clients, planning care schedules and communicating with clients and their families to answer any questions throughout the process.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Megan was a Client Relations and Accounts Coordinator at Freshlunches, Inc., a provider of healthy meals to school districts in Southern California. In this capacity, she was responsible for being the primary point of contact for clients, training service staff, conducting school site visits and managing companywide report books. Previously, Megan was a Client Service Coordinator for Banfield MARS Inc. Megan started her career in customer service as a Barista at Starbucks while attending California State University Long Beach. Megan was also an Administrative Intern for the Reddy2Fight Foundation which delivers care packages to children who have been hospitalized for life-threatening illnesses.

Megan received her BA in Sociology and BA in Human Development at California State University Long Beach. She also lived in Montreal, Quebec as a foreign exchange student studying sociology.

In her free time, Megan’s interests include: walks with her Bulldogs (Hadley & Dexter), traveling, going to the beach, coffee and movies.

Clarissa has worked in the home care industry for the past 4 years. Prior to working for 123 Home Care, Clarissa worked for BrightStar Care as a client care specialist providing account management. Additionally, Clarissa has worked for Kaiser Permanente in their Health Education Department and was a nursing student, shadowing nurses at Marin General Hospital and Redwood Senior Living in Marin County. Clarissa has experience with caregiving, nursing care, health education, and health care management.

Clarissa received her BS in Public Health from Dominican University of California.

Clarissa is fluent in English and Spanish.

In her free time, Clarissa’s interests include: good food, going on hikes or to the gym, reading, traveling, going to theme parks, watching Netflix, playing softball, her dog (Vader) and spending time with her family.

In his role, Raymond works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. In addition, Raymond focuses on the enrichment of current relationships with clients, referral sources and industry partners. Prior to joining the Business Development team of 123 Home Care, Raymond was a Care Manager with 123 Home Care where he was responsible for helping families identify specific care needs, performing in-home assessments, developing Customized Care Plans, matching Qualified Caregivers/Clients, planning care schedules and communicating with clients and their families to answer any questions throughout the process.

Raymond has developed over 8 years of professional experience in business development, marketing, and management having worked with Anheuser-Busch InBev for their craft beer division, “The High End”. In his previous role, Raymond managed a team of 13 Sales Representatives and developed business plans with local wholesalers in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties, to maximize profitability and improve market share. Beyond his professional pursuits, one of Raymond’s biggest accomplishments came in the form of completing his first full marathon in Madrid, Spain.

Raymond received his Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Services Management with a concentration in Investments from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island. Raymond graduated with a 3.78 GPA and obtained Magna Cum Laude honors.

In his free time, Raymond’s interests include: running half marathons, reading anything from J.R.R. Tolkien, traveling the world with his wife, and enjoying local craft beer.

Jacqueline Sobral is a member of the Business Development team for 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role, Jacqueline works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. In addition, Jacqueline focuses on the enrichment of current relationships with clients, referral sources and industry partners. Prior to joining the Business Development team of 123 Home Care, Jacqueline was a Care Manager with 123 Home Care where she was responsible for helping families identify specific care needs, performing in-home assessments, developing Customized Care Plans, matching Qualified Caregivers/Clients, planning care schedules and communicating with clients and their families to answer any questions throughout the process.

Jacqueline has 13 years of business development experience, having worked previously as a Sales Representative with both Paychex Inc. and Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals, as well as serving as a Preschool Director. As Jacqueline’s family has had to navigate the process of finding appropriate care for numerous aging family members, Jacqueline has developed a remarkable passion for helping other families as they evaluate care options for their own families.
Jacqueline feels incredibly privileged to act as a senior care resource for families in need.

Jacqueline received her Associate Degree in Child Development from Saddleback College and her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from University of California, Irvine.

In her free time, Jacqueline’s interests include: spending time with family and friends, travelling, and cheering on her kids as they participate in a variety of activities.

Stephanie Pierini is a member of the Business Development team for 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role, Stephanie works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. In addition, Stephanie focuses on the enrichment of current relationships with clients, referral sources and industry partners. Stephanie is also responsible for helping families identify specific care needs, performing in-home assessments, developing Customized Care Plans, matching Qualified Caregivers/Clients, planning care schedules and communicating with clients and their families to answer any questions throughout the process.

Stephanie has 20 years of experience working in numerous meaningful capacities within the senior care industry. In addition to her experience working for Non-Medical Home Care Organizations (HCOs), Stephanie has served as a senior care professional within Assisted Living and Memory Care Community settings. Stephanie has also proudly conducted Caregiver Support Groups for families of loved ones navigating their way with Alzheimer’s Disease and served on the Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Walk Steering Committee for many years. Additionally, Stephanie has also worked closely with the non-medical home care licensing entity for the State of California, the Home Care Service Bureau (HCSB), within their Caregiver Division Board.

Of her many accomplishments in senior care, Stephanie is most proud of the work she has done to support and enrich the lives of individuals living with Alzheimer’s Disease. Ultimately, Stephanie is extremely passionate about helping seniors maintain a quality life through the aging process.

In her free time, Stephanie’s interests include: watching her daughters Cheer, spending time with family and shopping!

Sam Sotsuda is a member of the Business Development team for 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In his role, Sam works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. In addition, Sam focuses on the enrichment of current relationships with clients, referral sources and industry partners. Prior to joining the Business Development team of 123 Home Care, Sam was a Care Manager with 123 Home Care where he was responsible for helping families identify specific care needs, performing in-home assessments, developing Customized Care Plans, matching Qualified Caregivers/Clients, planning care schedules and communicating with clients and their families to answer any questions throughout the process.

Prior to joining 123 Home Care, Sam was a Resident Advisor at The Menninger Clinic, a nationally recognized psychiatric hospital in Houston, Texas. In this capacity, Sam assisted in the development of education, vocational, and social rehabilitative experiences for patients with severe mental illness. Previously, Sam worked as a research assistant in a stem cell research laboratory at Baylor College of Medicine and worked in data analytics at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Sam received his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Biochemistry from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

In his free time, Sam’s interests include: playing soccer, spending time with his significant other and his dog, surfing with friends, and taking frequent trips to Disneyland.

Josh Parrish is a member of the Business Development team for 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In his role, Josh works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. In addition, Josh focuses on the enrichment of current relationships with clients, referral sources and industry partners. Prior to joining the Business Development team of 123 Home Care, Josh was a Care Manager with 123 Home Care where he was responsible for helping families identify specific care needs, performing in-home assessments, developing Customized Care Plans, matching Qualified Caregivers/Clients, planning care schedules and communicating with clients and their families to answer any questions throughout the process.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Josh worked in the Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Department at Bank of America, one of the nation’s largest financial institutions. In this capacity, Josh was responsible for providing exceptional customer service for thousands of customers. In addition, Josh provided escalation support and ensured federal governmental regulations were followed in the Marketing Department.

Vu Nguyen is a member of the Business Development team for 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

Vu works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Prior to 123 Home Care, Vu worked with State Street, a Fortune 500 Financial Services Firm. In his time with State Street, Vu work extensively in trade operations, dealing intimately in futures and options trading. Additionally, Vu has over 4 years of customer service and management experience working at a high-end Japanese restaurant.

Vu received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

In his free time, Vu’s interest include: exercising, watching basketball, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his friends and family.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Cristal worked at the Los Angeles office of Arent Fox LLP (via canon Business Process Services, Inc.), a law firm and lobbying group based in Washington, D.C. In this capacity she provided assistance to attorneys and paralegals by handling confidential HIPPA documents and customer service issues with existing clients. She often acted as the point of contact for incoming clients and organized and managed meetings for all four (4) office locations. Prior to this, Cristal worked at Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza where she worked as a shift manager for three (3) years. In her role, she was responsible for leading crew members, inventory functions, providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Cristal received her Bachelor’s Degree in Ethnic Studies from California State University, Fullerton.

In her free time, Crista’s interests include: Hiking, camping, world travel, and spending time with her family.

Dan Strickland is a Care Manager at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Dan was a Customer Service Manager for the United States Postal Service. In this capacity, Dan ensured that clients received timely delivery of all mail and handled any customer and management issues surrounding US Postal Service mail delivery personnel. Additionally, Dan has over 10 years of customer service experience having worked for Arise Corporation, CVS and Kmart.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from The William Paterson University of New Jersey.

In his free time, Dan’s interests include going to the beach, watching the Green Bay Packers and New York Yankees win, playing Madden (and winning), and attending various events in and around Los Angeles.

Justin Tayag is a Care Manager at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Justin worked for the Serenity Recovery Center at Encino Hospital Medical Center where he helped provide a secure environment for patients who were experiencing any form of drug addiction as they underwent the detoxification process. Justin provided support to patients in the admission and discharge process and educated them about the various options that could alleviate any source of discomfort that they may be experiencing.

Justin received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Policy at the University of California, Irvine and is currently working on his Master of Healthcare Administration at National University.

In his free time, Justin’s interests include: watching LA Laker games, lifting weights at the gym, shopping for new clothes and shoes, and watching shows such as The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Lesli worked for Feldcare Connects, a healthcare administration company specializing in in-home therapy services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and providing therapy assistants and registered dietitians. In her capacity, she provided quality assurance and maintained visitation records to ensure patients were being visited with the correct frequency and duration. Prior to Feldcare Connects, Lesli gained great customer service experience having worked for Macy’s Inc. as a Sales Associate.

Lesli received her B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge.

Lesli is fluent in English and Spanish and conversational in French.

In this capacity, Jonathan provided support to the Dean, professors, and office managers and assisted over 50 residents. Previously, Jonathan was a Research Intern in which he was tasked with analyzing and aggregating research on news and events on Spanish language news sites. Jonathan received his dual Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies and International Affairs from Pepperdine University.

In his free time, Jonathan’s interests include: going to concerts, fitness, and discovering new vegetarian/vegan recipes.

Brendan was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of three food and beverage outlets located within the historic Boston based property. In this role, Brendan lead a managerial team that balanced the demands of the hotel operator and their guests while maximizing opportunities from the general public. Previously, Brendan was a Guest Services Manager at the renowned hotel, The Breakers, located in Palm Beach, Florida. While at The Breakers, Brendan managed “Front of the House” operations and logistics for complex group events, meeting the stringent requirements of a top-tier hospitality operation.

Brendan received his Bachelor Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

In his free time, Brendan’s interest include: Fitness, hiking, snowboarding, Netflix marathons, and is an avid follower of all New England professional sports teams.

His connection to the community allowed him to assist the department with student education plans aimed towards increasing graduation rates within the disabled community. Jorge has over 10 years of customer and Management experience in the food, retail, and office settings.

Jorge received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies with a focus in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology with a focus in Abnormal Psychology, from the California State University of Bakersfield.

In his free time, Jorge’s interests include: reading, swimming, and hiking with his dogs.

Peyton has over 15 years of experience in a variety of industries developing lasting relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Peyton received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Laverne and is currently pursuing the Master of Business Administration at Pepperdine University.

In his free time, Peyton enjoys long distance cycling with professional riders, running, traveling, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Prior to attending law school, Sal was a Case Manager at Volunteers of America, one of the nation’s largest non-profit organizations. In this role, Sal assisted low-income families and at-risk youths in Los Angeles, California.

Sal received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego.

Prior to joining 123 Home Care, Magda worked as a Team Leader for Target Corporation. During her tenure at Target, Magda oversaw operations for several top selling departments, lead and coached a team of 30 employees to increase sales and actively participated in performance management.

Prior to her role as a Team Leader, Magda also acted as a Human Resources Generalist for Target Corporation, wherein she led the Human Resources department, including overseeing the scheduling and payroll processes for over 200 employees, while also coordinating and overseeing all new hire processes.

Prior to working for Target Corporation, Magda was an Associate Teacher for Hudson Elementary School, where she created lesson plans and assisted in the teachings of a Kindergarten classroom. Magda received her B.S. in Business Administration, with concentrations in both Finance and Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach.

She received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Long Beach City College and has memberships with the Financial Management Association (FMA) and the Society for the Advancement of Management (SAM).

Prior to 123 Home Care, Marina was a Research Assistant at California State University, San Bernardino where she recruited, interviewed, and trained participants to ensure the proper qualifications were met for the right sampling for the tests. She would also summarize, formulate, and present project results. Prior to completing her educational career, Marina worked for Rite Aid as a Customer Service Clerk where she operated the cash register, resolved all customer relation issues, trained new hires and participated in safety and procedural employee training.

Marina received her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino and her Associate of Arts in Social and Behavioral Studies from Riverside Community College.

While working for Johns Hopkins CTY, Corina worked in the capacity of Program Manager, Educational Advisor and Outreach Coordinator. Previously, Corina worked for Loyola Marymount University in the Human Resource Department.

Corina received her B.A. in Political Science and Certificate in Human Resource Management from Loyola Marymount University.

Additionally, in this role, she also had the opportunity to partner with Human Resource Directors in implementing financial wellness programs and promoting financial literacy amongst employees of private organizations and municipalities. Andrea received her B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In her free time, Andrea’s interests include lifting weights, petting all the puppies, and spending time with family and friends.

Prior to this, Sherece worked as a Care Coordinator for adults with mental illness at Telecare Corporation. In that role, she provided therapeutic interventions and linked clients to community resources. Additionally, Sherece worked with the Assistant to the Dean of Psychology at Pepperdine University where she was in charge of a special archiving project and clerical duties. Sherece received her Masters of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Pepperdine University.

In her free time, Sherece’s interests include: traveling, attempting to cook like her mother, cuddling with her rescue Chihuahua and practicing mindfulness.

Stella has worked in mental health as a registered therapeutic intern at Amanecer Community Counseling Services in Los Angeles. In that capacity, Stella provided bilingual mental health services to children ages 5-15 with moderate to severe diagnoses and implemented evidenced based treatment plans to manage client’s symptoms and behaviors. Prior to her internship, Stella was a campus service assistant at Antioch University. In that capacity, she managed the main student and staff department and was responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of educational programs throughout the school year.

Stella received her BA in Global Studies with an emphasis in North America from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles.

Stella is fluent in both English and Spanish.

In her free time, Stella’s interests include: spending time with family, attempting to exercise, and watching the most recent horror flick.

Andrelyn Petate is a member of the Human Resources team at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role, Andrelyn works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives. In her capacity as a member of the Human Resources team, she is also responsible for the hiring process of 123 Home Care, which includes ensuring 123 Home Care recruits and hires the highest quality Caregivers, maintaining up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with all State Licensure requirements for Home Care Aides (HCAs), and handling other administrative duties.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Andrelyn worked as a Professional Expert at Pasadena City College’s Student Health Center, recognized as one of the best community colleges in California. As part of the front desk team, Andrelyn was responsible for administrative tasks, including patient intake and scheduling for the diverse community college student population. Prior to Pasadena City College, Andrelyn gained customer service experience as a Student Supervisor for the dining hall at University of California, Santa Cruz. Additionally, she has worked as a Peer Educator for Students in Prevention where she educated the youth about substance use/abuse and the reality of mental health.

Andrelyn received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

In her free time, Andrelyn’s interests include: spending time with her family and friends, binge watching Psych, listening to podcasts, going to concerts, and hiking.

Annabelle Cabaña is a member of the Human Resources team at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role, Annabelle works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives. Prior to 123 Home Care, Annabelle worked as the Shipping Coordinator at Precision Swiss Products, an innovative manufacturing company. Annabelle ensured the company met their on-time deliveries by preparing all documents and packages according to company’s policies and procedures. Previously, Annabelle interned at a non-profit organization, Community Action Service Advocacy, where she participated in projects preventing exposure to secondhand smoke in San Diego County communities.

Annabelle received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from San Diego State University.

In her free time, Annabelle’s interests include: BuzzFeed, trying new foods, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.

Chris Lay is an Advisor to 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California. Chris aids the 123 Home Care management team by keeping them apprised of the latest findings within the healthcare industry, particularly those related to biology and neuroscience.

Dr. Lay accumulated 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including therapeutic drug monitoring at The Scripps Research Institute, and fundamental research in ischemic stroke at the University of California. This research has led to the authorship of 16 peer-reviewed journal publications, and two fellowships from the University of California and the American Heart and Stroke Association.

Dr. Lay holds a B.S. in Biology form the College of Idaho, a Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the University of California (Irvine), and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is the recipient of a University of California Distinguished Fellowship in Neuroscience, an American Heart Association Fellowship in Cerebrovascular Disease, and a Guilford C. Babcock Fellowship in Finance from USC.

In his free time, Chris enjoys yoga, surfing, and volunteering with the American heart and Stroke Association.

In her role, April works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives. Prior to joining 123 Home Care, April worked as a member of the Human Resources team at The Claremont Club & Spa, A Fairmont Hotel. In that position, she administered colleague benefits, union paperwork and reported workers compensation. In the field of recruitment, she managed new colleague onboardings and on/off site job fairs. Most importantly, April was accountable for colleague relations as the first contact of the Human Resource Department. Before working in Human Resources, April worked as a Political Campaign Mentee for the SEIU-ULTCW. In that role she facilitated workshops and rallies in Sacramento, CA. She worked largely on local campaigns through phone banking and canvassing neighborhoods as well as compiling legislating pertaining to the SEIU-ULTCW.

April received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of California, Berkeley.

In her free time, April’s interests include: traveling the world, cooking/baking, and eating.

Brianna Krevitz is a member of the Human Resources team at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role, Brianna works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives. In her capacity as a member of the Human Resources team, she is also responsible for the hiring process of 123 Home Care, which includes ensuring 123 Home Care recruits and hires the highest quality Caregivers, maintaining up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with all State Licensure requirements for Home Care Aides (HCAs), and handling other administrative duties.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Brianna was a victim advocate for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault at Safequest Solano. In this capacity, she was responsible for answering the 24/7 crisis line, providing one on one peer counseling, as well as court accompaniment and case management for all clients. Additionally, she gained Human Resources skills as a student worker at the University of Nevada, Reno working for the Worker’s Compensation department.

Brianna received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno.

In her free time, Brianna’s interests include traveling, playing soccer, singing, and trying out new restaurants.

Fatima Ghuss is a member of the Human Resources team at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role, Fatima works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives. In her capacity as a member of the Human Resources team, she is also responsible for the hiring process of 123 Home Care, which includes ensuring 123 Home Care recruits and hires the highest quality Caregivers, maintaining up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with all State Licensure requirements for Home Care Aides (HCAs), and handling other administrative duties.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Fatima worked in the healthcare and corporate industry, aiding in recruitment and patient care. Working with all departments on sourcing, recruiting, coordinating conferences, planning and hosting orientations and events, as well assisting applicants with the on-boarding and off-boarding process. Fatima’s role in patient care has included upholding HIPPA compliance standards when registering patients into the company’s software system, overseeing patient’s cases, completing vitals, and date entry.

Fatima received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University, East Bay, including a Certificate for Medical Assistant.

In Her free time, Fatima’s interests include: Cooking, watching documentaries, working out, and traveling.

Gail Hofilena is a member of the Human Resources team at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role, Gail works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives. In her capacity as a member of the Human Resources team, she is also responsible for the hiring process of 123 Home Care, which includes ensuring 123 Home Care recruits and hires the highest quality Caregivers, maintaining up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with all State Licensure requirements for Home Care Aides (HCAs), and handling other administrative duties.

Prior to joining the Human Resources department, Gail worked as a Qualified Caregiver with 123 Home Care. In her time as a Qualified Caregiver, Gail gained extensive professional and personal experience working closely with clients and their loved ones in homes, facilities, and hospital settings.

Gail received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at San Diego State University.

In her free time, Gail’s interests include spending time with family and friends, taking a 1-hour spin class and eating a huge steak right after.

Sloane Young is a member of the Human Resources team at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role, Sloane works closely with the management team of 123 Home Care in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives. In her capacity as a member of the Human Resources team, she is also responsible for the hiring process of 123 Home Care, which includes ensuring 123 Home Care recruits and hires the highest quality Caregivers, maintaining up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with all State Licensure requirements for Home Care Aides (HCAs), and handling other administrative duties.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Sloane has worked in the California State Senate as a Legislative Aide, where she managed over 900,000 constituents in the San Diego region. In this role, she generated correspondence and initiated policy campaigns to optimize the legislative agenda of Senate District 38. Sloane also worked as a Content Specialist for her university’s study abroad program, where she published a series of feature articles about the program for the school’s website.

Sloane received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.

In her free time, Sloane’s interests include: taking pictures of her dogs, traveling, watching reality television, eating Italian food, and drinking bubble tea.

Cassie Huynh is a Billing and Payroll Analyst at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role as a Billing and Payroll Analyst, Cassie is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all billing and payroll needs. This includes managing all employee time and attendance data, generating accurate and detailed client invoices, and maintaining accurate payroll records by working with Human Resources and Care Management.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Cassie worked in the Billing Department at American International Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of beauty and skin care products. In this capacity, she was responsible for identifying and resolving inconsistencies in billing prior to issuing invoices to clients.

Cassie received a B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

In her free time, Cassie enjoys binge watching tv shows, trying new foods, and playing with her three dogs.

Mayra Solano is a Billing and Payroll Analyst at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role as a Billing and Payroll Analyst, Mayra is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all billing and payroll needs. This includes managing all employee time and attendance data, generating accurate and detailed client invoices, and maintaining accurate payroll records by working with Human Resources and Care Management.

Prior to working at 123 Home Care, Mayra was an undergraduate student focusing on working to help improve her community. She focused on tutoring students attending low income schools and in helping implement change in educational policies. She also worked at a non-profit organization translating, managing client’s files, and organizing data into the computers system.

Mayra received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Sociology from the University of California, Merced.

In her free time, Mayra likes to cook, bake, and spend time with her family and friends.

Tina Truong is a Billing and Payroll Analyst at 123 Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care services with 29 locations serving California.

In her role as a Billing and Payroll Analyst, Tina is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all billing and payroll needs. This includes managing all employee time and attendance data, generating accurate and detailed client invoices, and maintaining accurate payroll records by working with Human Resources and Care Management.

Prior to joining 123 Home Care, Tina was an Administrative Intern at The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles. In that capacity, she was the payroll lead and site coordinator for the youth employment program where she would oversee all payroll functions and processes. Tina was responsible for processing payroll for about 1,000 employees while streamlining daily operations to assist her finance department.

Tina received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

In her free time, Tina’s interests include: going on spontaneous adventures, participating in outdoor activities, hanging out with friends and family, and going on food adventures.
