123 Home Care is a contracted provider to California’s Regional Centers as well as a trusted and reliable resource for our private families to provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (“ADLs”) for adults and children with developmental disabilities.
The term developmental disability refers to a severe and chronic disability that is attributable to a mental or physical impairment that begins before an individual reaches adulthood. These disabilities include, but are not limited to, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy, Attention Deficit Disorder, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida, Intellectual Disability, and disabling conditions closely related to intellectual disability or requiring similar treatment.
We will conduct a free in-home/in-facility assessment to develop a Customized Care Plan/Person-Centered Service Plan that is uniquely tailored to your loved one’s specific care needs, medical condition, personal preferences and schedule.
