No hourly minimum. Cancel anytime without penalty. Complete schedule flexibility. 123 Home Care is committed to providing home care that meets your loved one’s specific needs – no matter how small. Unlike most agencies, we do not have a minimum hourly requirement or cancellation penalty, which gives you complete schedule flexibility. We make it easy at 123 Home Care – you only pay for the services you use!
All of our Qualified Caregivers are bonded, insured and covered by workers’ compensation insurance.
This means you don’t have to worry because you and your loved one are protected from potential loss and liability. With an independent contractor, registry or other agency, you might be exposed to potential loss and liability, such as the medical costs of a caregiver injured in your loved one’s home. Making home care as easy and convenient as possible includes providing you and your loved one with that peace of mind!
123 Home Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to assist you and your loved one with any and all of your non-medical home care needs. You can count on us to be there for you when you need us most!
We offer a free in-home assessment to make the home care process as easy and convenient as possible for you and your loved one. A 123 Home Care team member will meet with you and/or your loved one at your home or in the hospital to develop a Customized Care Plan designed to meet your loved one’s specific needs.
We go to great lengths to understand your loved one’s specific care needs, medical condition, personal preferences, advanced directive and schedule in order to develop a Customized Care Plan that is tailored to best serve your loved one! This process also includes finding the right Qualified Caregiver based on proven dimensions of healthy, long-lasting Client-Caregiver relationships.
Every night, we send an email/text reminder to each of our Qualified Caregivers detailing their upcoming shifts for the following day. Our state-of-the-art software allows our Qualified Caregivers to “clock-in and -out” for shifts by telephone, which gives us the ability to proactively ensure that they arrive to your loved one’s home on-time, as scheduled, to provide quality care as promised.
We promise to get a Qualified Caregiver to your loved one within 3 hours or less of your initial request for care (applicable upon completion of our free assessment). If not, the next day of service is free! 123 Home Care makes the home care process as easy and convenient as possible – our “3 or Free” Promise means you don’t have to worry about your loved one if there is a sudden need for assistance.
