Email/Text Shift Reminders

Every night, we send an email/text reminder to each of our Qualified Caregivers detailing their upcoming shifts (including Customized Care Plan and schedule) for the following day. This ensures that our Qualified Caregivers are prepared and at their best when they arrive at your loved one’s home.

TELEPHONY “CLOCK-IN AND -OUT”

Our state-of-the-art software allows our Qualified Caregivers to “clock-in and -out” for shifts by telephone, which gives us the ability to proactively ensure that they arrive to your loved one’s home on-time, as scheduled, to provide quality care as promised. Our system notifies us within minutes in the event a Qualified Caregiver is delayed, which allows us to promptly address your loved one’s needs in real-time.
